EULA - End User License Agreement

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
for Mentis Software Invisible Chat IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY:
This Mentis Software End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Mentis Software about Invisible Chat, which includes computer software and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE").
By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE.
Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties protect the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE.

This EULA grants you the following rights for SOFTWARE. Except as otherwise provided herein, you, as an individual, may install and use copies of the SOFTWARE on an unlimited number of computers, including workstations, terminals or other digital electronic devices ("COMPUTERS"), provided that you are THE ONLY individual using the SOFTWARE. If you are an entity, you may designate one individual within your organization to have the right to use the SOFTWARE in the manner provided above.
The SOFTWARE is in "use" on a COMPUTER when it is loaded into temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into permanent memory (e.g., hard disk, CD-ROM, or other storage device) of that COMPUTER.

2. DESCRIPTION OF RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

a. Your rights as a shareware user
This SOFTWARE is SHAREWARE, which means you may use it during lifetime period, but it generates "annoying messages" and places them into talks. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this SOFTWARE for evaluation purposes without charge for a lifetime period. If you want get rid of all trial limitations, a registration fee of $14.95 US is required. Registration fee grants you the right to use this software for unlimited time, and allows you to unlock the program to its full potential. When payment is received, you will be sent your own personal serial number and registration code. More details about registering read in file “Register.txt”.

b. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, emulate, and extract images from all SOFTWARE or one of its parts (i.e. libraries).

c. Rental.
You may not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE.

d. Software Transfer.
You may permanently transfer of all of your rights under this EULA, provided you retain no copies, you transfer all of the SOFTWARE (including all component parts, any upgrades, this EULA), and the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA. If the SOFTWARE is an upgrade, any transfer must include all prior versions of the SOFTWARE.
You may allow other users to evaluate copies of the unregistered SOFTWARE. All unregistered users are subject to the terms of this agreement.

e. Termination.
Without prejudice to any other rights, Mentis Software may terminate this EULA without notice you in case of fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA or in case of taking actions to illegally remove shareware limitations in any way and for any purpose. In such events, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE and all of its parts.

3. WARRANTIES

NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THE PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK. MENTIS SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, AND LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

4. SUPPORT
